How we chose

Our starting point is two guides: the Guía MICHELIN España 2026 (ceremony on 25 November 2025, MICHELIN Guide) and the full list of Soles Guía Repsol 2026. We ranked first by Michelin stars, then by Repsol Soles, then by recommendations: first restaurants listed in both guides, then Michelin only, then Repsol only. Ties are in alphabetical order. Taste and our own visits play no part. Opening hours come from the restaurants' websites, which usually give no date. That is why we state the day we checked them, 24 October 2026, and review the list regularly. Bus routes come from the timetable of the CTM transport consortium (October 2026). Palma's city buses are not included, so a missing stop does not mean there is no bus.
