Every list has a review date

Market days, opening times and prices change. That is why every list shows when we last checked it.

Every list adds something of our own

Every list ends with “Our tip”: which entry is best for what, and why. If we have nothing to add, we do not publish.

A named editor signs off every list

Every list is checked and approved by a named editor before publication. He is responsible for the content.

How we use AI tools

We use AI tools to research sources and prepare drafts. They never publish anything themselves. We check facts at the original source, and every list is edited and approved by a person.

Sources

Where official data exists, we use it: the Balearic Government, the Consell de Mallorca, town halls and the European Environment Agency. The sources are listed below every list.

Images

We use our own photos or licensed stock photos. Every image is credited, and for stock photos the licence is linked below the list. If there is no suitable photo, we use an AI illustration. It is always labelled directly below the image and never shows a real place as if it were photographed.

Affiliate links

Some lists contain affiliate links. They never decide what makes a list or where it ranks. Lists with affiliate links carry a note.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we correct it and note the date of the change at the top of the list. Write to contact@top10mallorca.com.
